Lets Go back in time and see for ourselves what has been our significant achievement in the field of automation since the 20th century. Since the middle of 20th century till date we had been witnessing a large scale improvement in the field of automobiles.
Starting with the first ever internal combustion engine, humans have been taking continuous efforts to make things better. So that human effort can be reduced for doing some works which are beyond ones capacity. Commuting from one place to another has become a casual thing today. It did not just come out of thin air.
The modern day commuter systems are an outcome of decades of research and development by various people. Some of the best minds of the past two centuries have contributed to the rise of such new technologies. The modern systems are an outcome of all the mistakes and errors that have been successfully overcome by intelligent solutions, with combined efforts.
The evolution of life forms take millions of years as researches say, but the automobiles have been evolving much faster than anything else that has been in existence. It is mainly due to continuous efforts by major automobile manufacturing giants. It is only because of such efforts the steam engine got converted into the modern day bullet trains, which tears through air like a high speed bullet.
It is because of the same efforts space travel is a reality now. Humans are travelling casually to international space station and returning back to earth safely due to the flawless engineering outputs, which are taking humans to glory.
Air travel once thought to be dangerous and impossible had been made possible and safe now. The engineering behind aviation industry is something which has changed the whole world. An aircraft is the fastest mode of transport as of now. Humans should be great full to the malevolent minds that have made this a reality and available to everyone.
Lets hope the development in the future shall make the human life better and the world a better place. Just in case if you are an engineer, be proud that out fellow mates have made this world a suitable place to live in. A salute to all the unsung hero's who are commonly called as engineers.
